Amishi receives EXCiPACT certification

Part of Ingredion Pharma, Amishi site in Ahmedabad, India receives EXCiPACT Certification as Pharma Excipient supplier.
EXCiPACT announced today that Amishi Drugs & Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. has been awarded the EXCiPACT GMP and GDP Certificate from SGS, one of EXCIPACT’s internationally recognized Certification Bodies.
The EXCiPACT Certification testifies that AD&C meets the 2021 EXCiPACT Certification Standard for Pharmaceutical Excipient Suppliers in the manufacturing of Sodium Starch Glycolate (SSG), Croscarmellose Sodium (CCS), Magnesium Stearate (MGS), Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose (S CMC), and Starch for use as pharmaceutical excipients.
Amishi Drugs & Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. (AD&C), based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, was acquired by Ingredion Incorporated during the third quarter of 2022. AD&C manufactures Pharma excipients such as superdisintegrants, lubricants, and viscosifiers.
